The office team answered all my questions ahead of time as I was doing my research before booking. We were also very pleased with the mission of the company to seek alternatives to landfill for as much of our 'junk' as possible. They took great care with packing up our materials, furniture, etc into the truck to make optimal space while also protecting the pieces of furniture they knew could be reused instead of tossed. Pricing was exactly as expected.
