They helped me clean out my cellar of useful items that I could not get rid of myself They have connections with local charities to which they donate. I feel good knowing that items we can no longer use are being given to people who need them, while helping me free up space in my cellar. The crew was extremely helpful !

Everything. I called for your service because my brother passed away and I needed to clear out his room at an assisted living. So this was a very difficult time for me. When I called I was greeted with a friendly and caring voice She I understood immediately what needed to be done, asked the appropriate questions to schedule the visit, took all the information needed so I was not required to be on site (since this was quite a distance from my home) and gave me the next appointment available. I was called before the scheduled visit to inform me you were on your way. Again called as soon as you arrived and were able to assess the furnishings with a price. I was called a third time when the job was completed and payment was simply made with credit card. The assisted living facility also called when you were done to say how professionally and efficient everything was done. I apologize for not remembering names even though each person I spoke with introduced themselves and were friendly and courteous. Thank you for your kindness and for making a difficult situation as easy as possible.
