the company was quick to respond to my inquiry, explained how the process works and set up an appt. . The team who came were on time, pleasant and professional as they went about assessing the job, giving me a quote, and went about loading up the furniture to be discarded. I like the fact that furniture was to be donated to a church and not carted off to a landfill.

The fellows were very good about allowing some furniture to be moved out to the truck and some to be moved to a neighboring apartment. They were very careful with the furniture and made sure they didn't mark up any walls etc. They also took apart the bed frame and mattress & reset it up in the neighbors apt. for her. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were pleasant to deal with.
